Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has published the JKSSB Draftsman Recruitment 2026 to fill 76 vacancies for the post of Draftsman (Civil) in Jammu and Kashmir. This recruitment offers a good opportunity for candidates who have completed a 2-year Draftsman Training Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institute. Jammu and Kashmir SSB Eligibility Criteria 2026

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have 2-year Draftsman Training Certificate or Diploma from a Government recognized institute.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):

  • General (OM): 18 to 40 years
  • Reserved Categories: Up to 43 years
  • PwBD: 42 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 48 years

JKSSB Draftsman 2026 Pay Scale 

The salary for the post of Draftsman (Civil) has been fixed in accordance with the Level-4 pay scale, ranging from Rs.25,500 to 81,100 per month. In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to various government allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) as well as other benefits, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
